Please print, sign, & bring this document with you to your scheduled drop-off appointment. (Or copies will be available at drop-off).
1. I agree to pay a $10 non-refundable registration fee. This fee will be used to help cover the cost of rent, supplies, & advertising.
2. All clothing for this particular sale have been inspected, and are free of tears, rips, holes, stains, or odors. Clothing is also season-appopriate for this sale. All toys are operational, with no missing parts.
3. All items are securely tagged and prepared by the directions listed in the "Tagging Items" section of the website. Items without a tag will be pulled from the floor and set aside in the LOST & FOUND. Items without a listed sale price will be sold at fair market value.
4. All unsold items must be picked up by 5:00 pm, the Sunday after the sale has concluded. Any items not picked up will be donated to charity.
5. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items. We are also not repsonsible for tagging errors. Please inspect your tags carefully.
6. All items will be sold at 50% off on the 1/2 Price Sale unless the barcodes reads "NO DISC", or the tag has a red x in the bottom left-hand corner.
7. Consignors will earn 70% of their sales. Consignors who volunteer for a 4-hour shift will earn 80% of their sales.
8. Consignors agrees to make no claims against Too Good to Be Through Consignment or the venue, in which the sale will be held. The consignor also waives the right for any and all claims, including personal injury and/or physical damages, against Too Good to Be Through Consignment and any of its representatives and the leasers of the space.
